There estimate was fair and reasonable. The field person/project manger answered all my technical questions without giving me a hard time. However, the problem was that you don't deal with one person. There's an office person then there is a project manager, and yet someone else who actually does the job. I dealt with four different people. I'd rather deal with one person who will actually oversea the work. The job was done fine but I�d prefer that they compacted the sand with something other than their shovels and boots. I won't be able to tell if there's more settlement for a few months.
