Repair a Deck or Porch in 74105

I required deck repair to be completed wihin one week and was told it would be done. I never received so much as a telephone message back from him after a week and one half. I tried to contact him using his home and mobile phone numbers and discovered the home phone was FAX connection and the mobile phone was not turned on or out of reach. On his behalf, he responded to my repair request almost immediately and set up a meeting for the very next day. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from him. After a week and one half, he called to set up work time. The deck work was complete and well done two days later. Quality was excellent.

Didn't show up on the original date he gave us that he would do the work, and didn't keep in touch as much as we would have wanted him to regarding a date to start the project. Once he started he continued until the job was done. Regardless, he did a great job and we were very pleased with the work. William was very polite and friendly as was his helper. It took a little while for the weather to cooperate, but once it cleared he showed up promptly and did a great job. He was quick, efficient, and the work looks great. You can hardly tell where the damage is anymore.
