I questioned Gary about the job and he was unfailingly patient and helpful. The work was scheduled for the next day and the locksmith showed up as scheduled and was very helpful and informative about my options. He was efficient in providing the service I selected and when he finished replacing my locks, my doors functioned as if I had replaced them aswell since the "play" in the doors was gone. I can't recommend them highly enough. I may have spent more than it would have cost to buy the locks from a Home Depot or Lowes, but I am very certain that the end result was a more secure locking system. Would recommend them without hesitation.
