We called Charles "Chuck" Dickerson on a cold and rainy evening after locking ourselves out of our house. Chuck was the first to contact us and immediately said - "I'll be there!" He drove over forty miles in rush hour traffic to our home, and he called along the way to let us know where he was along the way. Upon meeting him, he was curteous and in great spirits, lifting our mood right away. He completed the job quickly and we were back in our house within a few minutes with no lock damage, and his service fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Chuck and C.D. Lock & Key for any locksmith service.
