I have worked with R&M on 2 projects, the installation of new gutters on a newly renovated multi-family building, and the repair of existing gutters on another multi-family home. On both projects, they were timely, professional and very competitively priced. Ryan made sure I knew exactly what they were planning to do, and the workmanship was impeccable. On the repair job, he advised me against replacing a section of gutter as I thought it needed, saving me hundreds of dollars. And then they did replace a different section of downspout without charging extra. One of the most honest and reliable contractors I've dealt with.
