Repair or Replace Section of Seamless Metal Gutters in 98006

KML Gutters installed new gutters on our house in 2006. Recently sections of the gutters came loose from the house. KML identified the problem as screws not being long enough and replaced all screws with longer ones, at no cost. Response to our problem was immediate and effective. Good job!

This was a pretty simple job. Short piece of gutter needed repaired/replaced. I originally wanted to replace it but when he got out here he said he couldn't match the existing gutter and there would be a problem trying to join the new gutter with the old at the corner so he suggested repairing the old one instead. He hammered out the dents and reattached it. I paid $250 for about 15 minutes work which I understood him to say was the minimum (that was his original estimate to replace). It doesn't look as good as before but it will do. He offered to do it for $200 if I paid cash which I took to mean it would be "off the books".

Arnold contacted me within one day after I submitted my ServiceMagic search. I liked him as soon as I spoke to him on the telephone. He came to my house that same day to give me an estimate which was more reasonable than the two other bids I later received. Arnold and his worker did a fine job repairing the two areas on my gutters -- one was slightly hanging away from the roof and the other corner section was leaking. He also advised me to remove the downspout traps I'd installed so that the rain water wouldn't accumulate and, instead, better flow out of the gutters. I'll hire Rain Solutions again for new gutters in a couple of years.
