Scheduled the estimate for 8:30 - was at my house at 8:28. Very punctual. Was extremely pleased with the estimate and with the owner/operator. Immediately signed up for the work (cleaning/repair) which was scheduled for the next week. Will submit another review after the work is completed.

Benjamin called me promptly, set up a Saturday meeting/bid time and agreed to come back on Wednesday and perform the job. He showed up on the day promised, he actually came up with a better/cheaper solution and performed as promised. He actually had to work around some heavy rains at the time and was very good at calling and adjusting for the weather. It poured down rain the night after his repairs and everything worked as he said it would.
