Anthony (the owner) heads the work crew and makes sure everything is done as promised. He is willing to do whatever is necessary to meet the customer's requirements - in my case he removed the old gutters and then waited untill housepainting was done to install the new ones. When the work was complete everything was perfectly cleaned up including going over areas that might have scraps of metal with a magnet.
