Didn't contract with anyone as yet. N.E. Gutter Kings were extremely professional. All info left with estimate. Later a followup call was rec'd. I did not have to take off or miss time as I was working. The price was too high for me to consider going forward at this time .

After a very reasonable quotation, we decided to do the jobs in two phases. Phase one looks wonderful, I can hardly wait for rain to see it function. I have no doubts that Phase two will be just as good.

Project was completed with a couple of minor glitches, but I was able to work those out with the company easily. They are eager to please, but ability to immediately contact the company without having to leave a message is lacking. I would have preferred them suggesting additional services/installation items (drip skirt) during the estimate or during project completion so that having to come back for a second round would not have been necessary. Pricing was excellent, install workmanship seems good, and downspout install & color selection was very good.
