Bill was a personal tpye guy very friendly an true to his word. A big thing for me is being on time.Bill was here on the minute that we had set up as the appointment. took the time to check my house out an explain to me the process he would use in my situation. We set up day on which he himself would come an do the work.Again right on time. He backs up his work wth a 5 year full service gauranty. The only rreason that i didn't give Bill a 5 star rating giving the process used time to prove itself
