I had a great experience with Falcon Roofing.
The estimator came out the same day that I called. The estimator took digital photos of the problem areas and was able to explain to me exactly what repairs were needed.
Falcon Roofing was able to schedule the work for the next day. The workers were very professional and polite. They found one more little problem with the roof (cracks in a vent) and fixed it at no additional charge. I got to see photos at the end of the day of everything that had been fixed.
After it rained, Falcon Roofing called to make sure that the roof was fine and that the leaks had stopped.

I used them for evaluation of my roof. It was free, and the inspector was knowledgeable and honest. There was no immediate need of any repairs, but he recommended routine cleaning. But the price quoted was a bit high for cleaning. Did not hire anyone to do that job yet, as it can wait awhile.
