Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 45429
The price was right and quality of work was good. But, they never showed up to install guards on the gutters in spite of repeated calls that went unanswered. I had to get up on my roof and clean all the leaves out myself.

I purchased a "lifetime" warranty shingle system from Pro-Tech roofing. I was satisfied with the price and I'm happy with the installation.
I easily could have rated them higher however, I have asked and asked and asked for the warranty paperwork to be delivered to me so it can then be filled out and submitted for potential future coverage. Though I've asked Pro-tech Roofing's representative multiple times and been promised this paperwork each time, I have never received it.
Unless Pro-Tech delivers the paperwork to me, it appears I'm SOL regarding the "lifetime" warranty.
