Tyler was the most professional in his bidding procedure. He also offered a guarentee on the work he completed and a certification that the remainder of the roof was acceptable. He emailed his bid. He was a little slow in responding to phone messages or emails, but at the time he was ill. He scheduled the work and was able to complete the job promptly and from all appearances, the work seems appropriate. Fortunately for me, the roof was repaired the day before a severe snowstorm.

I was amazed at the response time that I got - I was putting information on servicemagic.com at 9:30 at night, and 10 minutes later, got a call from Tyler, and we were ready to get an appt set.

He was very nice and presented himself well.

The only drawback is that he told me he would do the job saturday morning which was labor day weekend. I told he didn't have to because of the holiday, but he said he would. Sure enough, he didn't show up and didn't call to tell me he wasn't coming in.

I ended up calling him that tuesday, and he came the next day.

just that one unprofessional incident, but he was a nice guy.
