Craig Dr. Roof is a hard worker but I have to say that when he does a tile roof and breaks the tiles he needs to replace them free, We had 8 tiles broken and we had the first ever leak today,
since this was the first hard rain we had since the Roof was cleaned.
My Husband had to go on our two story roof to replace the tiles that Craig broke.
I do not think that we should pay him $45.00 hr to replace tiles he broke,

Clean a Roof in 98003
Wiley did a great job for me cleaning my shake roof. I was concerned about possible damage to plants, etc. next to the house, but there was absolutely no damage or dirt at all and eveything was cleaned up around the house. The roof looks great. The only thing was a few spots on the driveway which they have promised to come back and clean up.
I highly Highly recommend.
