His services is kind of in a two part thing so it is hard to rate him fairly. Initially they put a product on the roof and it will take time to work on the moss and mold up there. What he did do was clean and timely.

The service was performed in a timely and professional manner. The workers were professional, friendly and neat. They took care with a very delicate process. Prior to completion, I had had nightmares thinking about having the chimney cleaned. I dreamed of soot and dust swarming all around my home. Thankfully nothing of the sort happened. I really didn't even have to dust after. I give Dr. Sweep and crew my highest recommendation and will recommend the company to my friends and colleagues.
