Project changed scope from retaining wall to full backyard overhaul. Project went as planed, on time and like clockwork. No issues at all that weren't addressed. Very painless. The only issue was that the contractor promised to follow up after 2 weeks, then 1 month, etc. for guidance on watering schedule, plant upkeep and to check on plant growth. Only saw contractor one more time at the 2 week interval and that was at my request. Also asked contractor for list of plants to used in landscaping layout and never received it. All in all a job well done. Not tying up the loose ends after completion is what kept them from getting 5 stars.
