He has lots of knowledge, shares his ideas, listens very well to what you are interested in doing, and proposes alternatives for consideration He is flexible and makes alterations as needed to meet changing situations. He operates in a very cost-effective manner. We feel that he did an exceptionally good job for a very fair price. His workers are very hard-working and pleasant. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and more and did so in a timely fashion. Also, he provides very specific guidance as to what follow-up should be done.
