Repair a Garage Door in 60046
I submitted the request, and less than 5 minutes later Andy called me and set up a time to fix my garage door that day. He arrived on time and quickly took care of my service call. No parts were required and it took very little time to complete. They charge very reasonable prices for very quick, efficient and friendly services. I intend to use them for additional handyman services.

Install Concrete Driveways & Floors in 60203
Reasonable prices and nice, but I asked him if I needed a permit for this work, and he said for the small backyard work we were doing, no. My fault for not checking with our village, & on their first day on the job, we were busted by a village inspector who happened to be in our neighborhood. He went to village hall & applied for his permit later that day, & the work was able to proceed. His proposal/contract was also a bit loose, & he tried to tell me it was $200 more than we agreed to. I reminded him of the faxes we exchanged (the scope of work changed from original bid) and he relented. Do hire, just have 'concrete' contract/permit first.
