Mark was very prompt, professional, and HONEST! His price was lowest but quality and service was top notch. By honest I mean he told me what needed to be done and what didn't. He did not try to sell me parts or service I didn't need. He offered to provide the hot water tank or would pick up one I bought at Home Depot and install it for a flat fee, which is what I did. He told me that I would get a tank with a longer warranty than what I would get from a local supply house. I will definitely use Mark for any plumbing service I need in the future!! I couldn't be happier. Thanks Mark!
