Ray was very honest and reasonable... very easy to work with. I ended up needing electrical help as well and he recommended an electrician who was highly qualified. My only complaint is that the electrician has been hard to get a hold of - but I can't hold that against Ray.

Chris from First Class Plumbing was great. Very responsive to phone calls. Flexible with his visits.
He came in and completed the work with no issues. His cost was great (about $300 less than the other contractors) and we have hired him to complete additional work in our house.
