He was on time - every time!! Was knowledgeable and pleasant. He offered additional tips on plumbing needs and his work was very reasonably priced. I have no hesitation about hiring him again. In fact, when I get ready to have the second bathroom tub replaced...Chirs will be my first choice.

The first guy did not speak English and alone was knocking a foundation hole and to set a sewer line. Next day the crew manager thankfully was bilingual and remedied the concrete debris stacked in my house. Then after completion I noticed they did not seal the vaccume riser during a rain storm. I would have let that slide if it didnt slightly damage my drywall. Everything did work and the manager came to apologized alot and gave me a huge discount. The last 2 crew members were friendly, spoke english, and had a company truck. They made it right, money talks volumes. I cant recommend whole heartedly but they did their best to make it right
