Scott cleaned and regrouted the tiles in my master bath. They were in poor condition with mildew, etc. He did an excellent job, the bath looks like new. Scott keeps in touch. He calls when he is on the way, or if he will be somewhat later than planned, and always responds with a call back if you try to reach him. I find this to be unique as my experience with other contractors had been to expect a hard time in keeping in touch with them.

I'm a little upset that it cost me $200 to learn that they could not fix my water heater (due to its age) but otherwise, I am happy. I will keep them in mind for my next plumbing issue.

I had a stopped up kitchen sink and they guys gave me an honest quote.They did the work and even did another small job at no cost for me. These guys were honest and professional. I would hire again.
