They left messages but weren't annoying. when we were ready to schedule a meeting for an estimate, they set it up quickly and conveniently. The rep was neat, clean, professional and on time. He checked everything well and discussed our needs, wants, etc., answered all of our questions and gave us a complete estimate with two options, in writing before he left. They didn't hound us, but did call a later to make sure we were happy with the rep and the visit.

Repair or Service a Water Heater in 06704
I needed the pressure valve on the water heater fix right away, because the pipe attached to the valve had water pouring out of it on to the basement floor. The Gentlemen(Frank, I believe) came out on a Sunday morning and promptly took care of my problem. When he noticed that the elbow portion of the water tank exhaust was poorly fitted, he went to Home Depot to get the part and replaced it also. Both items were done quickly and at a very good price. I will definitely use them again!
