For this bathroom rennovation, the work was done well. Contractor was flexible in making owner requests for changes. Cost was reasonable.

The work and workers were excellent, but my interactions with the owner himself, while initially cordial, devolved. He ultimately blamed me not only for his failure to make a profit off the work his people did for me, but complained that he was taking a loss because of me. Unfortunately, his lack of public relations skills detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.
The workers with whom I interacted were conscientious, punctual, and capable.

Although it was Christmas Eve, they came out immediately to repair the problem. They obtained the special parts required and worked diligently although the fix was difficult. Their price was reasonable especially considering the difficulties they encountered. I have recommended them to others.
