William Lewis and his team were a very good fit for our projects. Their skills were more than adequate and their solutions for unexpected problems were good without incurring more costs. William was close to the projects on a daily basis and was present for the finishing touches on several parts of the work. We would ask William back for future work on the house.

The customer service was very good. The service person did an excellent job. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Their rates are pretty high but they did clearly explain what the labor rate would be and finished the job in the time estimated. I would suggest getting a quote on material fees. You will save a lot of money purchasing the materials yourself as the mark up is incredibly high. I would give 5 stars if it wan't so expensive.

He leads his highly efficient crew with attention to detail and a committment to quality work. He has been on time every day and has seen to a follow-up inspection for his work. Royal was not the cheapest bidder, but my wife and I sensed RC's competence from the beginning and we couldn't be happier.
