Mr Tonderys gave me an estimate over the phone before he had an opportunity to look at the job. I felt it was very reasonable and we scheduled an apointment for Saturday 9th in the morning.

Mr Tonderys was here promptly as promised and completed the repair quickly.

Repair, Replace or Seal an Existing Skylight in 02184

I had a problem with a leaky skylight. Peter responded to the email I sent via ServiceMagic within 3 hours and he came out to my house that evening. He diagnosed what appeared to be the problem and offered to see if he could fix it right away. We both agreed it may not resolve the problem but it was worth giving it a try. It was a pretty simple fix (cleaning a joint and applying some silicone) but I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help out right away. It rained particularly hard for several days afterward and I'm happy to say the leak was fixed. Peter was friendly and easy to work with. Thanks!
