After putting my need on the Service Magic website on Saturday morning, I did not really expect any
calls until Monday. Mort Winer called almost immediately. He was more than willing to try to get a
repairman to me ASAP, however, I told him I could wait until Monday or Tuesday. We scheduled
Monday @ 7 am and he let me know if I could not wait he would have someone earlier, which was
not necessary but I appreciated the offer. At 7 am on Monday , I believe it was Mike was there and
found the problem. Within minutes, I had heat. He did have to get a new part but that did not take long. He was very nice,polite, and knowledgeable.

Install a Central Air Conditioning System in 89121
Mort deserves a 5 but have to reserve for any future contact. Price was just right when I compared to another A/C company, and I entertained 4 other companies. My credit score was not good and I did not have all the cash for the A/C work, but Mort Winer worked with me so I could put the down payment and be paid up in 6 months. Work is professional and as quoted. Mort also gave detailed instructions on upkeep of A/C which I did not know and why my first A/C only lasted 5 years.
I would not hesitate to recommend for work regarding air conditioning.
