Sent a request for an estimate on Sunday morning. Mr. Harmon called by 10:00AM and had an estimator at the house by noon. Received estimate and compared to two other estimates I had gotten. Harmon HVAC came in the middle, about $50 higher than the lowest bid but selected them because Mr. Harmon suggested I go with the basic furnace system due to the less extreme temps we have here in Memphis. I found the estimator and install personnel to be knowledgable, friendly and professional. I notified Mr. Harmon on Monday morning of my decision and they were at the house at the 2:00PM appointment time. Complete install took less than 2 hours.
