The repairman was promt and effeicient. After checking out our washer, he recommended living with the problem, since it was not going to harm the machine in any way. He was honest enough to tell me that the fix would be prohibitively expensive. Sears' charge is rather steep, btu I did appreciate being treated with respect and honesty. Worth the money when you're in trouble.
