Michael contacted me within a day, was courteoous and listened to me as I described the project. When we met he provided me with current reasearch to allow me to make an informed decision about the window repair and weatherstripping.
Michael's work ethic was outstanding. He was prompt, careful while working, and focused on the job. After each day he cleaned up the entire work area, removed his tools, broom swept the floor, and vacuumed. How delightful to have a craftsman in the home who was determined to doing a professional job!

Tom was very responsive, however his plumbing supplier (APR) told him that the Insinkerator model we needed was on backorder from their supplier... delivery was not expected until after the holidays. So, I ordered the unit on the internet. Reading the installation instructions when it arrived, we decided that we could do the replacement work ourselves. Tom was very gracious even tho' we would not be needing his services.
