I was extremely pleased with the service I received from RayTech Mechanical. My furnace was out and it was a very cold day. From the dispatcher that answered the phone to the service man that showed up at my door within hours, the process was fast, efficient and friendly!
The problem was solved in minutes without costing a lot of money, it was explained to me what was done and I was charged a very fair price for the repair. I will definitely call RayTech again in the future as problems arise around my house.

They came over, checked it out and gave an estimate. Worked fine and it worked. It did feel very expensive. $500 to change out the Lenox heat exhaust motor. I always feel a bit ripped off with home maintenance folks.

Kenneth spent the time to search for the mysterious noise, and spent the time making the adjustments to make it stop. Unlike others who came to the house recommending hundreds of dollars in repairs, Kenneth fixed it with his bare hands and I was only out $59! I highly recommend him.
