Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 19930

Very good, very professional. Was informative and took the time to explain the situation with me. He was upfront with costs and there were no surprises. The technician was pleasant. Sobieski Services is now my vendor of choice in the Bethany Beach area.

Install a Central Air Conditioning System in 19810

They did a very good job on installing he heating and a/c. An engineer evaluated the look of the system afterwards and suggested we do a few minor things prevent what he thought would be a potential condensation drip, as well as add alittle tape to another area. Not a big deal at all. The only thing I would have liked to know about earlier is that the concrete slab the old unit rests on was sloped, so that when the new AC unit was placed on a mounting platform above the concrete, they wouldn't of needed to raise the back end of the support to keep the unit flush. All in all, we're pleased.
