They were right on time and provided a very pleasant experience. They did not try to sell their services and provided a prompt written estimate and proposal. Initially, I thought their quote was a little high. However, a proposal from the competition proved that it was a fair price.

During the course of checking one of our rooms there appeared to be a strong odor emitting from somewhere. I did some fact finding and found out about Air Care. Once the call was made Mr. Pleasant responded in a timely manner, was very professional and answered all of the questions we had. He could have decieved us into believing that there was mould, because we were about 95% sold on the fact that there was.
Once again every was done on time and in a professional manner.
