We had a small basement flood on Sunday New Years Eve. Mr Scott responded immediately to our internet request for service (through ServiceMagic.com). He was very friendly and personable. Overall the job provided by Fred Scott was excellent: he showed up 5 min before the agreed time and was very professional and efficient.
Just before leaving he noticed a spot that was not perfectly clean and unrolled his equipment to make sure the stain was removed.
The carpet now looks brand new and we will for sure call him nect time we need to clean our home.
