I hired Frank because he was able to give me a quote over the phone when I told him what I needed removed and the quote was lower than one given by another hauler who came to inspect. Frank was great; called to let me know he was delayed due to the storm and again to let me know he was within 10 minutes of my home. He and his helper (Bill) werre quick, efficient and polite. Additionally, when I asked if they could turn my oriental rug around, they were more than willing to help. I would certainly hire them again.
