Chad responded immediately upon my request for carpet and furniture cleaning, and was prompt on the scheduled appt. He apparently was unable to get one stain out of the carpet, but didn't say anything about it. Secondly, he said that he would just "throw in" cleaning of the carpet in a basement bedroom, but he didn't realize that this was included in the estimate. Lastly, we agreed taht he would not have to move the huge sectional couch to clean the back of it, and he never deducted the money that he said he would from the invoice. He did a good job, was socialble, pleasant, but the price could have been better. I'd suggest negotiationg.

The service technician was prompt and thorough in his work. He covered all the ducts and dryer vent. It was a good thing as it was very clogged and could have started a fire. I am very grateful that I had this done and he showed me how to maintain it as well. I would definitely recommend this company.
