Royal was very personable, and responded immediately to my call for help. I had told him it was a food stain, and he brought only ammonia, a rag and an iron with him. He got most of the stain out, but the carpet was starting to turn white and disintegrate (cheap builder's carpet in that room) so he had to stop rubbing and ironing. I was happy with the service, but the cost was very expensive: $75 for that one spot.

I have never had the pleaseure to work with such professional and friendly people. We had an entire bathroom that had to be torn completely out & redone, half of our bedroom ceiling & the enitire bedroom closet and partially the master bathroom. These guys are so maticulus about there work. they did the work as if it was there own home. They were so great about cleaning up, not leaving a mess and then when everything was finished they had someone come in & actually clean the rooms that they worked in, vacum, mop floor, dust and then came back and steam cleaned my carpet in the 2 rooms they were working in. Wow!! who else would do that.
