Very personal service. They gave practical advice, like don't pull up your moldy wet carpet yourself.
Their workers were very friendly, trustworthy, and hardworking. We could ask a thousand questions and all were answered. Their cost was reasonable considering all the drywall, paneling, and carpet they had to remove. My family was coming for a visit, and they fit us into their schedule right away.
