We’re a small condo complex that had a pipe burst in 7 places and flooded our basement. The damage was extensive however Rich made the process less overwhelming. He was prompt (even early), is very nice and knowledgeable. He walked me through each step, provided a comprehensive estimate, and followed up with me throughout the project to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Rich’s team was on time each day self sufficient and clean. Water damage is a horrible homeowner issue but I’m thrilled I found Ace Painting – it was a pleasure to work with them and we look forward to working with Rich and his team again in the future.
