Excellent job, esp removing pet stains. On time and friendly service person. Only drawback: stairs remained wet for 3 days even though I used the AC as suggested. Had to keep towels on stairs for 3 days so we could use them without staining them because they were very wet (all bedrooms upstairs). Upgraded the basic cleaning service with deodorizing and scotch guard, so original quote was almost doubled; however, I believe this was a good idea.

HE DID A FABULOUS JOB AND WAS VERY NEAT CLEAN AND PERSONABLE. CARPETS LOOKED FABULOUS AND BELIEVE ME THEY WERE FILTHY AFTER WAITING UNTIL A LOT OF INSIDE WORK IN THE HOUSE WAS DONE.
I HAVE NO RESERVATION OF RATING HIM THE BEST EVEN OVER CHEM DRY.
