Very nice gentelman who didn't waste any time getting to work. He gave the stain spots on the carpet extra attention. I'm happy to say that most of the stains came out. I will call him again to clean my other carpets before the holidays.

After a last minute decision by my boss to have the carpets cleaned before new tenants moved in, Andrew was very flexible, knowledge and considerate. I called him on a Tuesday and he came at 4:00 on Thursday so that they could move in the next day. I love that kind of flexibility and commitment. I will be putting his name and number in our rolodex for future use!
