Geoff was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of renovations. He gave us a wide ranging view of issues, potential issues and workarounds. What was most impressive about this is he felt we should get other professionals involved which we did. Three highly rated, very expensive engineers from three firms came out to give their reviews and in some cases used specialize equipment to make their assesments. In every case Geoff was exactly correct in what he thought was going on. We live in a swamp, near a mine and there were foundation issues, gutter issues, sprinkler systems and several other dynamics.
