Joel and John were very considerate of us during a very difficult time. My father's house flooded and the next day he passed away. Joel and John did everything they could to make the cleanup process as easy as possible. They worked around our schedule to make trips to the house to empty the dehumidifiers. Their employees were polite and considerate. They did everything we asked without adding to the charges. They worked with our insurance company when needed and cleaned up when they were finished.
