Their representative came out and emailed their estimate however when I requested a breakdown of the estimate to show how they came up with their number I never received anything from them, Their representative was very nice and professional but there was no follow-up. I would not recommend Uniserv to any of my friends or family.

His prices were competative (actually a little lower)but most importantly, his service was SUPERIOR to any other carpet care company I have ever used in the past. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stefan Carpet Care, and will ONLY contact this company in the future. My carpets look brand new again. Bill Stefan went above and beyond, and I am one pleased customer!
