They have just completed the demolition and gutting stage and are ahead of their own schedule. I am extremely pleased with their performance thus far. The quality of framing, sheetrocking, and cabinetry was excellent. The painting was also excellent. The suspended ceiling could have been better.
The project took much longer than expected. That could have been managed better.
The workers were well-mannered and unobtrusive. The owner and workers were accomodating even when we changed our minds about some minor details.
