Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests in 48198
It was supposed to be a one-day bathroom floor repair. But the two guys they sent the first day made a mess of it. I was worried we'd have a big fight to get things fixed. But when their boss saw the pictures we emailed, he was even more upset about it than we were, and came out the next day and redid most of the work himself, and doing high quality work, even though it was long after working hours when he finished. He also offered to take something off the estimated price to compensate. So, not perfect, but some real pride and standards higher up in the company.
