Michael contacted me within a day, was courteoous and listened to me as I described the project. When we met he provided me with current reasearch to allow me to make an informed decision about the window repair and weatherstripping.
Michael's work ethic was outstanding. He was prompt, careful while working, and focused on the job. After each day he cleaned up the entire work area, removed his tools, broom swept the floor, and vacuumed.
