Joel and John were very considerate of us during a very difficult time. My father's house flooded and the next day he passed away. Joel and John did everything they could to make the cleanup process as easy as possible. They worked around our schedule to make trips to the house to empty the dehumidifiers. Their employees were polite and considerate. They did everything we asked without adding to the charges. They worked with our insurance company when needed and cleaned up when they were finished. When our home was damaged by a fire, we interviewed several contractors. Mr. Ebersberger impress us with his knowledge and experience (in buiness since 1977). We hired Joel to do the whole job; clean up, removing smoke smell, drying out the water and all reconstruction. I'm glad we did! He worked up a detailed damage assestment and went to bat for us with the insurance adjuster. Joel and his crew did an outstanding job. Our new hardwood floor is beatiufull, the kitchen cabinets are great, we would highly recommed them!
