The two men that cleaned the heating ducts were excellent workers. They did a very good job. They had to use 3 different chemicals on my kitchen cabinets trying to get the smoke smell out. Most of the smell is gone. I think with time the rest of the smell will disappear. They gave me several options to try if the smell does not go away.

Remedia-Pro arrived on time as scheduled, talked with me about what I wanted them to do, and gave me a price upfront. They did a fabulous job--our 8-year-old, pet-stained berber and plush carpets looked like new when they were done. They also offered tips on how to treat stains immediately to keep them from setting in. Great experience, will hire them again!

We had a budget of what we wanted to spend, and they worked with us to stay within that budget. Compared to the other "cookie cutter" approaches of other bidders, they were willing to customize their proposal to give us what we were looking for with a much superior solution than what others were offering. They followed up with us after the job was finished to make sure we were happy.

We would definitely use Jarvis again if we have any construction project requiring a contractor and give them our highest recommendation.
