They were very friendly, came as soon as I called (with in 30 minutes they were at my apartment) gave great suggestions, closed all rat/mice holes and also the traps they set caught two rats! I am very impressed wtih them and have already passed their name along to my building management for an entire building review!

Pest Control - Bugs & Insects in 01970
I freaked out, was in a panic and spent a few SLEEPLESS nights when I suspected bedbugs. Although I had no evidence of any or saw any, I feared even going to bed!
The free inspection turned up nothing which completely calmed my fears. Andy was very thorough, knowledgeable and described the areas where he looked for them and what he was looking for!
I hope I never see Andy again or need his services, but SO GLAD he's one of the good guys!

Control or Inspect for Termites in 02130
Andy responded quickly and provided a quote right away. He found that we didn't have termites after all-- he diagnosed our basement as having powder post beetles-- a big relief (less damaging, easier and cheaper to treat). He answered all of my many questions by email and by phone. Once we scheduled the treatment, he arrived right on time and finished in a couple of hours.
